I really do love the backstage world and a week ago today, I was getting psyched-up for a lively night ahead. The best kind of way to spend a Friday night, surrounded by an inspiring amount of creatives.
Presented by Miss Gibraltar 2016, Kayley Mifsud, wearing a sophisticated Versace cocktail dress from Trends. A large number of models also walked the catwalk in clothes from Trends and four local designers, including Kimberley Bautista, Mystic Rose, Claire Poggio and Miriam Gomez.
Organised by No1 Models, held at the Alameda Open Air Theatre and raising donations from the event towards a worthy cause, BloodWise Gibraltar Charity.
The show was choreographed by No1 Models director, Kelvin Hewitt, who put the whole concept together. A near and dear friend that will always be a pleasure to work alongside.
The energy was through the roof from the models, designers and assistants; all uniting to make the show a success. I would like to congratulate Kelvin and his team on a deserving accomplishment and I truly cannot wait for a winter edition of Fighting Leukaemia With Fashion.
